Just like all around the world, dead stuffed animals are really popular. Either pets or hunted animals are stuffed so they can be preserved, but China has taken it to a new level. They put live animals, mostly turtles, into plastic bags and call them "keychains". And once they die, they eat them!
They say there's enough oxygen in the bags for them to live for "days" or "weeks". They buy them because some of the Chinese say they're good luck and others say it's the latest "fashion".

The worst thing about the whole situation is that once they die, they open the bags, pop them into the microwave and have a nice little snack, yummy!
The world and humanity is really messed up and needs to get its act together. In the words of Ricki Gervais, "It's good we've found a twin Earth, because we're really fucking up this one."
