Fifty Shades Of Fun... Bondage For Beginners.

If the word ‘bondage’ fills your mind’s eye with shocking images of leather masks, uncomfortable looking spikes and being locked away in a dark cellar somewhere in central Europe, you, along with almost everybody in Hollywood it seems, have probably slightly misunderstood what bondage actually is.

Bondage and BDSM are lot more popular since Fifty Shades of Grey and a lot less scary a topic. So if you're a little but curious, do a bit of research and, if you like what you hear / see, then go for it... Here's a few tips, or shall we say, 'bondage for beginners'

Trust...

Apart from the whole 'getting down to business' portion of events, the thing most of us college students like to avoid is potential embarrassment. There’s nothing wrong with a few ropes and gags and what two consenting adults do behind closed doors is up to them, you just don’t want that shit to end up on Facebook or Snapchat.

Know Your Limits and Set Them...

Lay the ground rules before you dive head first into the serious shit. Discuss what you both like and dislike, what turns you on and what turns you off. The last thing you want, when your hands are tied behind your back, is someone sticking something where it doesn't belong...

You're probably jumping the gun here a little bit considering you're only just starting out but whose to say your partner hasn't engaged in a bit of nipple clamping before? Ideally you want something that won’t kill the atmosphere completely, you never know what's going to happen in the heat of battle!

Take Turns

Most people know in their head whether or not they're a Dom or a Sub so this shouldn't take too long. Bondage is certainly a departure from the sexual norm (for some) so use the opportunity to try some new things; you don’t know until you try.

Dress the Part...

If you're going to do bondage, you have to do it right. That means heading down to M & S and splashing out on a few nice delicates. It will make all the difference when you're in the heat of the moment and some one is tied up in some sexy lace rather than in their granny panties...

Unleash Your Creative Side

It's easy getting started, you just need something to tie them up with. Scarves, ties and even clingfilm work well and aren’t too sore on the skin - the aim is to restrict movement, not cut off circulation, so make sure you’re not tying them too tight. Remember as well that you don't need to keep things confined to the bedroom.

Tease...

The whole idea of bondage is loss of control; not only have they lost control of their movement, they’ve lost control of the sex. They might want it more than anything, but you can’t give it to them... yet.

Stay Sober

It’s tempting to fool around when you’ve had a couple, but you need to be clear in mind when getting into bondage. When it comes to bondage, any mistake can mean bumps and bruises that might be a little bit embarrassing to explain to you classmates or parents...
