The most difficult part of any 90s child's childhood was having to flick between CBBC, CITV, and The Den to catch each of your favourite shows before they ended. Remember the joy in saying "Omg! I've never actually seen this one!". Those were the days!

Mona The Vampire
Aired: 1999 - 2003
Show us your fangs! The wacky series followed the adventures of Mona Parker and her pet cat Fang. At night, Mona, transformed into a vampire and would battle monsters of her town with her friends "Zapman" and "Princess Giant". Although the show was actually Canadian we loved watching it on CBBC. Once you press play, you'll remember every word of the theme song.
The Cramp Twins
Aired: 2001 - 2006
Evil comes in the form of The Cramp Twins. The show follows Wayne and Lucien, identical twins who rarely get along and end up in all times of mischief. Back in the day, it was so good it was nominated for Best Animation at the Baftas.
Tweenies
Aired: 1999 - 2002
"Hey, hey... are you ready to play?" are the instantly recognisable lyrics to the Tweenies show. Bella, Milo, Fizz, Jake, Doodles, Izzles, Max, Judy, and sometimes Max's sister Polly all live together in the Tweenie house. Although the show was only made for 3 years reruns of the show went on until 2016.
The Queens Nose
Aired: 1995 - 2003
Everybody wanted to own a British 50 pence piece after watching the iconic Queen's Nose. The first few series followed Harmony being given ten wishes which she can only use by rubbing the nose of the Queen on the 50 pence piece. Re-listening to the intro of The Queen's Nose proves that very few TV shows ever had an intro quite as beautiful.
The Basil Brush Show
Aired: 2002 - 2007
"BOOM, BOOM!" is just one of the memorable phrases that this dastardly ginger fox bestowed upon us back in the early noughties. Bring back Basil.
Kerching!
Aired: 2003 - 2006
Kerching! followed the life of entrepreneur and wheeler dealer Taj Lewis and everyone loved watching it after school. In recent years, both Tamsin (Hannah Tointon) and Taj Lewis (Devon Anderson) went on to star in Hollyoaks and Eastenders.
Home Farm Twins
Aired: 1999 - 2000
The Home Farm Twins was a classic show that followed Hannah and Helen and their farm full of animals. In recent years, the twins who played Helen and Hannah, Polly and Sophie, have changed their look entirely. The duo has appeared on Channel 4's Tattoo Fixers and the X Factor. Here are the unique pair performing on the X Factor.

50/50
Aired: 1997 - 2005
50/50 was a classic children's tv show. Each episode consisted of two schools from the UK putting forward 50 students, The students would compete against each other in general knowledge rounds. The team with the most points won a trophy for their school. Everyone wanted some of that 50/50 merchandise.
Feather Boy
Aired: 2002
The little star of Love Actually, Thomas Brodie Sangster, was also in the iconic Feather Boy. Feather Boy followed bullied Robert Noble who has premonitions about flying and is trying to deal with his parents' divorce. The creepy story involved Robert trying to solve the mystery of a boy falling to his death.
Dick & Dom In Da Bungalow
Aired: 2002 - 2006
The weekend morning show was presented by duo Dick and Dom. Every weekend the duo would invite school kids around to their bungalow to play games which included Creamy Muck Muck, Forfeit Auction, Baby Race, Yum Yum Yak, Don't Go Daddy and What's in the Box? Going by this and Holly Willoughby being covered in goo every week over on CITV, it's safe to say Saturday morning TV shows were a bit of a strange bunch!
Come Outside
Aired: 1993 - 1997
Speaking of strange, who remembers Come Outside? The show starred Auntie Mabel and her dog Pippin and it remains one of the most popular children's shows of all time. Although filming for the show ended in 1997 it aired until 2012.
Arthur
Aired: 1996 - present
Hands down, Arthur has one of the best opening numbers of any children's TV show. The most surprising fact about the Aardvark and his friends was the show is still being made until this very day. Our favourite character was Arthur's brat of a sister DW (Dora Winifred), but don't call her that.
The Story of Tracey Beaker
Aired: 2002 - 2005
One of Jacqueline Andersons most loved stories was The Story of Tracey Beaker. The mischievous Tracey Beaker lived in a care home which she and her friends refer to as "the dumping grounds." The show became a popular spin-off affectionately called The Dumping Ground.
