Five TV Shows Everyone's Talking About In 2018 That You Need Watch

Our plates are already full of potential new TV shows to binge-watch so why not add more to the list? Here are five shows everyone's talking about in 2018 that you haven't been watching:

1) Killing Eve:

If you have a penchant for assassins and Sandra Oh then you'll love Killing Eve. Set between Paris and London, M15 agent Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) tries to capture Villanelle (Jodie Corner), a psychopath assassin who has managed to slip under the radar. Eve and Villanelle's world will obsess you as they become obsessed with each other.

2) Bodyguard:

Bodyguard has become the most-watched drama on the BBC in a decade and for good reason. 10.4 million tuned in to see the chilling climax of the show on Sunday night as tensions mounted between Home Secretary Keely Hawes and her bodyguard Sergeant David Budd. With a star-studded cast it's worth the six-episode binge.

3) Pose:

No new television show will melt your heart the way FX's Pose will. Set in New York during the 1980s, Pose looks at the lives of a handful of LGBTQ+ community as they try to survive and thrive during the AIDS epidemic.

4) Ozark:

Another crime thriller, Ozark is one for The Sopranos fans. When a financial planner moves his family into a small town in Missouri after a money laundering deal goes sour, the family become entangled with local criminals. The first season was nominated for four Emmy's and its second season began streaming on Netflix at the end of August.

5) The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel:

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel flips the period drama on its head by turning its main character, Mrs. Maisel, from a divorcee into a controversial comedian. The heart of the story is about Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) a woman who begins a comedy career in the fictional Gaslight Café of New York City in the 1950s - refusing to accept the limitations placed on her by society. It's the comedy show you'll need after binge-watching Ozarks and Bodyguard.
