Son Of A Nutcracker! Elf The Musical Is Coming To Dublin

Okay, so it's a little soon to be thinking about the festival season, but we couldn't contain our excitement for this one. Elf, the West End and Broadway musical based on the blockbuster movie starring the hilarious Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf is coming to Dublin.

Elf Christmas spectacular will come to Dublin's 3Arena on the 28th and 29th of December.

The cast for this musical has some faces you will recognise. Taking up the main role of Buddy the Elf is comedy actor Tam Ryan, playing the role of Buddy's girlfriend, Jovie, is Coronation Street actress and Hear'Say singer Kym Marsh and Shaun Williamson, who you'll remember as Barry Evans in EastEnders and a stint in the Big Brother house is playing Buddy’s dad Walter Hobb.

Elf is up there with one of the best Christmas films of all times. You can watch year after year and still laugh out loud at Will Ferrell's witty one-liners. Forget the Christmas pantomimes, bringing this classic film to life on the stage sounds like the best way to celebrate the festive season.

Tickets go on sale next  Thursday 11 April at 9 am from Ticketmaster. This is sure to be a popular one with kids and adults alike so make sure you don't miss out!
