The Legally Blonde Musical Is Searching For An Irish Star And Your Dog Could Be The Perfect Fit

Forget Britain's Got Talent, your pooch could be the star of the new Legally Blonde musical in Dublin.

The producers of the Broadway smash hit show are looking for an Irish dog to take part in its upcoming run at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre.

Surprisingly, the producers aren't looking for your cute run of the mill show dog type.  Remember Buster Paulette's dog she rescues from her deadbeat ex-husband?  Well, the producers are searching for his musical stage twin and want another ugly Bulldog whose responsive with a good-temper - sounds like an easy gig.

Buster will join two other dog cast members - Chihuahua's Bruiser and Rufus - in the March run of the show. Fans of the movie will remember Elle's sidekick Bruiser and his love affair with the Rottweiler in Legally Blonde 2. The producers are willing to make an exception for Buster so long as the dogs aren't too cute:

We are preferably looking for a Bull Dog as in the film, but we are certainly open too other like breeds. So long as they’re NOT cute and cuddly, in fact the Uglier the better!

Auditions will be held on the 8th of February 2018 and the winner will be required to appear in every show for the week from (5-10 March 2018). Buster's contract will require your dog to make two appearances during the show and a bow at the end. T sign your pooch up email legallyblondedogauditions@gmail.com and place DUBLIN AUDITIONS in the subject title with the following: 1) Your full name, address and contact number and 2) a photo of your doggie along with your dog’s name, breed and brief description.

One question though: Does Buster need to be a Gemini vegetarian?
