He seems to have finally found his way home. The One Direction star's new Irish house just outside his native Mullingar cost €485,000 according to The Times.

Originally named Il Sogno the property is now called Carton. The contemporary home features a living room, dining room, lobby, sitting room, family/games room, kitchen, study and six bedrooms.

The property was listed by Quillsen for €565,000 including the parklands surrounding the house. Step outside the house and there is a heated swimming pool and a detached pool house/garage. The property is also surrounded by approximately 10 acres of land which Horan has also purpotedly bought.

Horan's latest addition to his property portfolio now sits alongside a €3.4m property in the Hollywood Hills and a flat in the well-to-do area of west London.
