Video: Russell Brand Gets Kicked Out Of Awards

Good old Russell Brand is making waves, sweeping statements and masking it under the broad area that is comedy. He took to the stage at the GQ men of the year awards and decided to point out links between the awards sponsors, Hugo Boss and GQ.

“If anyone knows a bit about history and fashion, you know it was Hugo Boss who made uniforms for the Nazis,” he said. “But they looked f**king fantastic, lets face it”

The 38 year old comedian was asked to leave the awards shortly after and was publicly taken out past some big stars. “Russell himself appeared to be more than happy to leave. He was standing up for what he believes in and was never going to back down,” a guest shared.

Russell hopped onto Twitter after the party and engaged with the media boss, writing: “GQ editor: ‘What you did was very offensive to Hugo Boss’. Me: ‘What Hugo Boss did was very offensive to the Jews’.”

If you didn't already know, the comedian got his first big break as a host on MTV in 2000 but was fired shortly after than when he came into work dressed as Osama Bin Laden a day after the terrorist attack.

It doesn't look like Mr Brand will be reeling it in any time soon and we sincerely hope he doesn't.
