A Company Is Bringing 'Hangover Days' And It Proves Society Is Not A Lost Cause

Many have argued that after decades - if not centuries - of human progression, we have started to go backwards. What with terrorism, Trump, endless arguments on Twitter and the fact they cancelled SM:TV Live, it would be hard to disagree with the notion.

However, finally we're bearing witness to the next step in society's evolution. Finally we have something to cheer about. A London based company called DICE have introduced a new policy where staff are allowed take up to four 'hangover days' a year.

That's right, dear friends. You can legimately text in hungover and give yourself a somewhat well deserved break.

The ticketing firm have only one stipulation and that is that the night out has to have been work related. Aside from that, all employees have to do is WhatsApp their boss with 'music', 'beers' and 'sick' emojis and they're in the clear.

DICE's founder Phil Hutcheon told Grazia Daily:

All our team live for music and some of the best deals in the industry happen after a gig. We trust each other and want people to be open if they’re out late experiencing live music. There is no need for a fake sick bug.

I think they may need more than four a year if it was to introduced over here.
