Denmark Pulls The Rudest Voting Promo Video In History

A cartoon ad that was released as an attempt to convince young people to vote in the upcoming parliament election has been deemed violent and sexist by the Danish parliament who we think are fools seeing as it's the best ad ever and it actually kind of makes us want to vote now...

The Danish parliament pulled the controversial ad just one day after it went live from its YouTube channel.

“Many, whose views I deeply respect, found the EU Information Centre’s cartoon to be much more damaging and offensive than it was intended to be and felt it talked down to young people,” parliament chairman Mogens Lykketoft told the Danish tabloid paper Ekstra Bladet.

The backlash among viewers made the parliament pull the ad but it's still visable for young citizans like us who enjoy rude cartoons that blur out willies.

“I acknowledge that in the future Folketinget as an institution has to show more caution in terms of what we put our names to” Lykketoft said. Boo urns!
