Fancy Raving It Up G.O.T Style? We've Got Just The Thing For You....

To say that we're big fans of Game of Thrones here at College Times would be a vast understatement. Give us some Daenerys Targaryen, give us some dragons, give us a few kingdoms here or there and we're pretty much set.
So when we found out that the infamous 'Rave of Thrones' was coming to our neighbouring city, well, we just about keeled over with the excitement of it all, to be honest. I mean Game of Thrones in raving form? YES PLEASE!
This isn't what you might be currently envisioning, though, aka, a club night with a few dragon cutouts and capes thrown about the place. No, this is something special. For a start, the DJ of the night comes in the form of GOT's very own Kristian Nairn aka Hodor, no less and if that isn't enough to entice you then perhaps Finn Jones, the actor who plays Ser Loras Tyrell, will draw you into this magical kingdom. That and lots of other special guests too, just FYI.
Come expecting to escape into a whole new, exciting and other world for one night only and frankly, you won't be disappointed. With Game of Thrones references and aspects dotted everywhere and of course, whopper music to really kick things up a notch, well, you're pretty much guaranteed to have a night with a difference.
According to their press release: "The White Walkers and their army of the dead descend upon Westeros, with little time before the impending apocalypse reaches King's Landing."
With all of this excitement happening all around you, and a cavernous venue to be transformed into the seven kingdoms themselves, you may be forgiven for forgetting where you are, but fear not, the venue itself is just a mere addition to the entire event. It's taking place in a former train depot in London Bridge on Sunday the 27th of March (Easter Sunday) and a session in line with the Red Wedding is to be expected, just saying...
An immersive club experience bringing together over 2,000 GOT bigwigs? Well, that's not really your standard Sunday night now, is it? Check out the Rave of Thrones website or Facebook page for more information and we'll see you there for a night to remember.
