George North Goes Into Beast Mode

George North caught the attention of the Internets with his unorthodox trucking against the Wallabies.

Aptly referred to as The Incredible Welsh Hulk in the lead-up to the game, the winger received an exquisite through-the-legs pass from Brian O'Driscoll. Temporarily stopped by Israel Folau, the winger simply picked up the Aussie on his shoulders and carried him a further five yards with the ball in hand.

The Welshman received a Jake 'The Snake'-style DDT for his troubles, but he will surely get a call-up for next year's WrestleMania by the WWE now.

Naturally enough, Twitter had a field day.

It was so impressive that players from across different sports marvelled at North's immense power.

Australia won the Second Test 16-15 in the end following a late try from Adam Ashley Cooper, which was converted by Leali'ifano. Game Three takes place next Saturday at 11AM GMT.
