PIC: This Is What Passes For 'Food' In One Of Ireland's Biggest Hospitals

You wouldn't go to hospital expecting Michelin Star-level cuisine, sterling silver cutlery and a personal butler. But you might, at least, expect to be fed some grub that will nourish you and help you get better.

Because, y'know, getting better is the entire point of hospital.

But this photo, posted on Twitter today by Alanna Kennedy, shows that even that basic requirement remains unfulfilled at St Vincent's.
