Sol Republic Tracks Review

When the lovely people over at Sol Republic Ireland  gave us some pairs of Tracks and Master Tracks to test out over the past few days we were excited, not only because we all really needed new headphones (thumbs down to generic iPhone headphones), but we also want to see if they actually were indestructible...

The headphones are ridiculously comfy, they feature 2 removable cans that can be used as portable  speakers. This makes the tracks way more comfortable then other competitors.

The build quality is fantastic. The headband (as we said before) is a virtually indestructible plastic. We tried every which way to bend, break and pull but to no avail, one of guys even managed to do a few pull up with them.

The sound however is the most important subject isn't it? It's advantage over other products is a more level EQ with boosted bass, which is good for hip hop and dance music. They definitely sound a lot  less muddy than most other headphones in a similar price range. While these headphones particularly shine at bass laden tracks, they perform equally well on all kinds of music.
