Things Twenty Somethings Can't Do Without...

In the words of Tyler Durden...“You are not your job, you're not how much money you have in the bank. You are not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You are not your fucking khakis. You are all singing, all dancing crap of the world.” Well you may not agree with the man's monologue, but there are definitely certain things that the twenty somethings among you just cannot part with..

1. Texting

It's impossible to go a day without communication of some form or another...a phone call maybe, but texting...not a chance, be it Whatsapp, Viber or the veteran text message herself. Yes siree the text message is top of our list...

2. DVR/Netflix/Illegal Downloading

It is pretty cool that one can record anything they want or download on demand or basically watch what you want when you want, but what used to be the talk of the office, class or lecture hall the morning after has now been replaced with a universal cry of "NO FUCKING SPOILERS"...come on lads, can we not go back to organising our lives around Coronation Street? No? Well then screw you...it's not my fault you haven't seen it yet and I'm gonna talk about it if I bloody well want to.

3. Google

Ah, the church of Google...in one way it's great because you can literally find a way to do whatever you want, in another way its not so great because everybody has to be right...ALL THE TIME!

4. Maps

We're not talking Magellan or Columbus here either...we mean the mobile maps all of your smart phone sport...those lads had big discoveries to make, you just need a guide to your nearest Domino's..without them many of you could find your way out of a paper bag...

5. Pills

There's a pill for that....you're not smiling?...there's a pill for that? Need a vitamin boost?...there's a pill for that...No energy?...there's a pill for that....Can't maintain an erection?...there's a pill for that...pills, pills, pills...
