What Guys Look Out For On Tinder

Tinder has given young people a fun, user-friendly medium for online dating. Whether you're just swiping right and getting matches as a self-confidence booster or seriously looking for your Cinderella, everybody has heard about the new app!

Girls, not getting the matches you hoped for? Change it up.

Guys look out for these distinct features when they're creeping through your tinder profile!

8. The duck face.

We all know how girls sometimes like to show off their duck face or trout pout. Guys are used to seeing this on the majority of girls Facebook or Tinder profiles, but PLEASE keep them to a limit. Don't pose with one in all your pictures. Believe it or not, it's actually not that attractive.

7. Full-body pictures.

Tinder is exactly like judging a book by its cover. Guys are shallow and use Tinder to window shop for the very best. Remember, everybody's standards on Tinder are high. Have at least one photo which shows below your neck. Guys will be understandably wary of swiping right otherwise. Don't hide yourself.

6. Unique photos.

Show something that makes you stand out from the crowd. Whether it's a photo of you on a J1 in California, surfing in Costa Rica or taking a selfie on the Eiffel Tower. Be different.

5. Friends.

Guys do always look for a girl who is fairly independent.  They don't want a stage 5 clinger on their hands! If you show that you have friends and other things to keep you occupied, that goes down as a big plus.

4. Sense of humour.

Ever talk to a girl who's attractive but as dry as Jacob's cream cracker? Don't be afraid to show your silly side in one of your photos - just don't overstep the mark. You don't want him to think you're crazy.

3. Shared interests!

Something in common is always a plus. It saves an awkward text or date when you guys talk. If you happen to like FIFA or Manchester United on Facebook, you're going to attract some serious traffic! Girls, if you haven't already guessed, men go nuts for women in football jerseys.

2. Crowds of people.

Don't have photos of your graduation or your ten girlfriends on a night out. One group photo is okay but nobody wants to weed through your photos trying to decipher whether you're the tall blonde, short ginger or crazy drunk girl in the background.

1. Some boobage.

Guys love cleavage. Fact. Flaunt what you've got. You're guaranteed to reel in the lads with some cleavage pictures.
