Calling All Fashion Fans! Zara Documentary Coming This August

If you love Zara, you're gonna love this news. Entitled Zara: The Story Behind The Richest Man In The World, the documentary is going to finally give us an in-depth look into a brand that's been notoriously tight-lipped about its operations.

The film will focus on Amancio Ortega, the richest man in Europe and the fourth richest man in the world with a cool net worth of approximately €70 billion ($82 billion). Ortega opened his first Zara store in 1975 and from there created the fast-fashion giant that is Inditex. If you think you haven't come across Inditex, prepare to eat your words. Inditex currently owns Pull and Bear, Bershka, Massimo Dutti and Stradivarius along with three other brands unavailable in Ireland.

The film is set to be released in Autumn and includes hidden camera footage and interviews with Zara insiders. There's only one downside: at the moment, it seems the film will only be released in Germany and German-speaking countries.

Better root out your Leaving Cert German book.
