Here's How You Can Get Free Tickets To Electric Picnic This Year

Electric Picnic tickets sold out at a record pace this year leaving many of us disappointed but we have some good news! If you want to hit Stradbally this September but can't get your hands on tickets you can volunteer.Electric Picnic is looking for weekend volunteers to come and help out at Electric Picnic 2017 and it's basically free Electric Picnic tickets.

Volunteers assist with the running of the festival and gain entry to the festival in exchange for 24 hours of voluntary work. The volunteer shifts can be split into four six-hour shifts or three eight-hour shifts. The only catch is a €250 deposit you make with EP that will be refunded to your account after the festival ends and you have completed your shifts.

Your role will include being the 'eyes and ears' of the festival, assisting festival-goers with general queries, assisting in the campsites, directing production vehicles throughout the site, working at wristband checkpoints, reporting any health and safety issues on the site. This years acts include headliners The xx, A Tribe Called Quest, Duran Duran, Chaka Khan and Pete Tong. Other artists include Interpol, London Grammar, Run The Jewels, Annie Mac, Madness, Soulwax and Floating Points.

Electric Picnic will take place from September 1 - 3.
