Irish Youtuber Added To The Forbes List Of Highest Paid Online Stars

The earning potential for Youtube personalities has been astronomical since your average Joe began uploading videos to the streaming service back in 2005.

Now, Forbes has released the top ten Youtube earners and an Athlone man has made the list. Known as Jack Septic Eye, Sean McLoughlin's rants, video game commentary and shenanigans on Youtube have earned him an estimated €16 million.

Despite being at the center of an online controversy, Logan Paul rounded off the list at number ten. The online star lost brand partnerships and subscribers after posting a video of a man's hanging dead body while visiting Japan.

The youngest person to top the list is Ryan ToysReview who at seven years old is worth $22 million for his reviews about toys, it really is that simple, and chain of figures in toy stores. Here's how the full list played out:

10. Logan Paul - $14.5 million

9. PewDiePie - $15.5 million

8. Jacksepticeye - $16 million

7. Vanoss Gaming - $17 million

6. Markiplier - $17.5 million

5. Jeffree Star - $18 million

4. DanTDM - $18.5 million

3. Dude Perfect - $20 million

2. Jake Paul - $21.5 million

1. Ryan ToysReview - $22 million

The list does not calculate the cost of lawyers, promoters, managers, and agents. Brand partnerships, personal appearances, merchandise, and sponsorships contribute to the Youtubers net worth. 42% of the Youtubers revenue comes from merchandise.
