Last night's Love Island final was an emotional journey. Not only did Jack and Megan uncontrollably sob during their speeches to Wes and Dani, fans were devastated that their fave show was over for another year.
If there's one thing fans of TV shows are brilliant at it's spotting strange goings-on that us mere mortals miss.
As some of us were busy wiping away our tears and cringing over the delivery of Laura's speech, Twitter couldn't help but notice the speeches, which the Islanders were seen writing earlier in the day, had been typed out.
In her speech to Jack, Dani is seen holding a sheet of paper with her speech typed out:
So, has anyone else clocked that their 'love notes' are typed up? Producers, you could have at least let them make and read their own notes. ??♂️ #loveisland

HANG ON A MINUTE... Why are their speeches typed up? Can they not read their own handwriting? Did it need approval from the production team? #ghostwriters #loveisland

While it seems suspicious, we're sure the producers don't actually write these speeches for the contestants and probably just check them for spelling mistakes and grammar... right?
The show was dogged by rumors of fixes, contestants knowing each other before entering the villa and not giving some couples, like Samira and Frankie, a chance by not including their relationship in highlights of the show.
