We Are Vertigo are expanding their Belfast company into the Titanic Quarter with the unveiling of Ireland's only indoor sky diving centre.
The venture cost £1.5 million and will be open from December, creating 20 new jobs.
Gareth Murphy, We Are Vertigo managing director spoke of the company's aims with the opening of this new centre:
Our mission as a company is to provide unique leisure facilities and this expansion follows We Are Vertigo’s success in opening Northern Ireland’s first trampoline park in 2014 and Northern Ireland’s first indoor ski and adventure centre in 2013.
Indoor skydiving is already popular world-wide and we are proud to be the first company to bring this to the island of Ireland.
We’ve invested heavily in the location, technology, equipment and the training of the centre’s instructors to make this a world-class facility based right in the heart of Belfast.
Indoor skydiving is available for those aged four and upwards, while the facilities can also be used to train for skydiving qualifications.
To be fair, it looks like mighty craic, the perfect hangover cure.
