This Irish newsreader, working for STV2 in Scotland, lost his composure while reading a hilarious news story about a nude elderly man and his nightie-clad wife causing trouble at a holiday resort in Perthshire Scotland.
Now I think we can all agree, as mature grown adults, that there is simply nothing amusing about the thought of an nude OAP on a "drunken rampage" furiously staggering around a Scottish hotel, his flaccid body pendulating wildly as he angrily gesticulates at the confused staff. The addition of his nightie-bedecked wife joining the fray would only prove titillating to the most childish among us.
Nick Sheridan, the newscaster in question, valiantly struggled through recounting all that insanity before losing it and laughing uncontrollably over the next item, a piece about 'Dundee's Flower and Food Festival'. The later half of this clip, if taken out of context, seems absolutely mental, being as it is just Mr. Sheridan laughing uncontrollably over a series of shots of some vegetables in a marquee.
