Jesus, this guy seems to have a death wish himself. It seems his girlfriend pranked him a few weeks ago and he needed to get her back. She's fully obsessed with this cat so he decides to make a cardboard cutting of it and pretend it fell out of what appears to be a very high window frame. Cruel. So cruel.
