A 90s Icon Is Playing Ireland Next Year And We Can't Cope

Don't keep your hands in your pockets for this gig!

Summer 2018 is already killing. Already we have loads of gigs to look forward to with the likes of the Gorillaz, Kodaline and all playing Dublin venues next year. Line up.

Now, 90s legend Alanis Morisette will play two gigs in Ireland in July 2018. The singer was a breakout star of the 90s with her album Jagged Little Pill which spawned the massive hits 'Ironic,' 'Thank U' and 'Hand In My Pocket'.

The Canadian star will play Live at the Marquee in Cork on July 4th, followed by a date at Dublin's Iveagh Gardens on July 5th.

There's no word yet of a new album to accompany this tour but we're expecting one to drop to correspond with the tour. If Alanis doesn't release a new album we can't say we would be disappointed. A warm summer's day jamming out to 'Iconic' sounds perfect. Tickets for both dates go on sale this Monday 18th December at 9am from Ticketmaster.
