Britney Spears Is Getting Her Very Own Broadway Musical

Britney Spears' hits will be making their way to Broadway in the next year, for a new comedy musical, hilariously name 'Once Upon A One More Time'. Genius!

If you were having a bad day, then you're welcome because this news will change your life. After triumphing Las Vegas, there's only one more place her music can reach and that is Broadway.

The Broadway musical will tell the tale of a book club of fairytale Princess's who begin to question their fate of a happy ever after when a rouge fairy-godmother enters their life. The show has been described as 'uproarious' and 'irreverent', and will feature 23 of Spears' best hits from her life-time career.

The show will begin at the end of the year, starting out in Chicago then moving on to Broadway by 2020.

The show will fill an empty spot on the stage left by a Michael Jackson Musical that has been cancelled. The show, 'Don't Stop Til' You Get Enough' was cancelled after the release of 'Leaving Neverland', but reports were made that it was the Actors’ Equity Association strike causing delays, although Equity then said it had nothing to do with the cancellation of the show.

Britney has reportedly been to some readings and rehearsals of the show and has expressed her happiness in the making of the Broadway show that will feature her singles.

“I’m so excited to have a musical with my songs – especially one that takes place in such a magical world filled with characters that I grew up on, who I love and adore. This is a dream come true for me!”

This warning will give you enough time to start saving for your next Broadway trip, with the musical hopefully making its debut sometime next year.
