8 Daily Struggles That Only College Students Can Truly Relate To

Being a student isn't a walk in the park. Not only do we have to read 10,000 pages of material we'll never remember, but we have to put up with daily questions like: "so what exactly do you study?", "will you get a job when you leave college?" and, the worst, "being a student is so handy!". We both know being a student is far from handy and here's exactly why:

1. The daily struggle of whether or not you can skip that tutorial and calculating your attendance for that seminar:

2. Applying for a SUSI grant is harder than trying to negotiate world peace:

3. Working that part-time job, studying and trying to maintain a social life means relying on substances that make you feel wired:

4. The constant struggle to get yourself in the right mind frame to study for an exam:

5. The word "contribution" means you're going to have to waffle in some tutorials and dealing with the aftermath of cringe that comes with that:

6. Promising payment to your family and friends if they do your assignment when in reality you don't have a penny:

7. Tailoring your degree to suit the job you want:

8. The regrets that come with being overly focused on college work are too real:

Don't be too hard on yourself. For most of us, it's a once in a lifetime gig.
