Greggs In Hot Water After Replacing Jesus Christ With A SAUSAGE ROLL

Greggs bakery has upset a lot of people with an advertisement for their Christmas calendar where the Nativity scene is depicted with a partially eaten sausage roll in place of the baby Jesus.

A spokesman for Greggs said: "We're really sorry to have caused any offence, this was never our intention."

Can I just cut through the bullshit with my bespoke bullshit cutting knife? Greggs replaced Our Saviour, The Lord Jesus Christ with a SAUSAGE ROLL, and no one expected to offend anyone? Now I'm no devout Catholic but this is absolute horse shite. I'm not having any of it. My bet is that this is simply a PR stunt and look they've got their wish to drum up some cheap publicity for their advent calendar.
