Dad Creates A Rewards System For Son's Leaving Cert Results And It's Pure Irish
Getting your Leaving Cert results can be a terrifying experience, you just never know what that piece of paper will say, especially if you haven't studied. One Irish dad created a guide for his son to know just how many points he'd need to get his dads seal of approval with, what's basically being called, the Leaving Cert reward system
Michael Kearns, from Co. Kilkenny, made the hilarious Facebook post as he was wishing his son and his friends the best of luck in their Leaving Cert results.
Michael's reward system offered an array of different prizes depending on the number of points Mikey managed to rack up. We're sure Mikey wasn't hoping for the lower end of the scales, especially what might have been in that envelope. Here's the full list of rewards:

500-600 points = new motorbike

400-500 points = fully paid holiday

350-400 points = 350- 400 euro

300-350 points = pints and a meal out with me and his godfather( paid by his godfather)

250-300 points = An awkward breakfast.

200-250 points =A baten

150 - 250 points = 2 batens

150 points or below = pls. See envelope in the box under your bed and follow instructions very carefully...
According to the Irish Mirror, Mikey did well in his exams and didn't have to face the dreaded 'baten'. Instead, Michael and his delighted dad went for pints.
