Watch: SOAR Unveil Moving Video As Part Of Teenage Mental Health Campaign

If you are between the ages of 12 and 18 and are struggling with your mental health then there is help at hand.

SOAR, an independent national youth outreach movement, is working with teenagers in schools across Ireland to help them confront their personal issues so that they can excel in life.

They do this by providing wellness workshops for young people  from all backgrounds. They have worked with over 25,000 young people since 2012.

Soar's mission statement, as per their website is as follows:

Soar is a collective movement which believes that there is greatness within all young people. We act on this by creating and delivering early intervention-preventative, wellness workshops for young people aged 12 to 18 years from all backgrounds. Our workshops empower young people to thrive, believe in themselves and fulfil their true potential. Within a safe and supportive environment, they are given the opportunity to be themselves and explore any challenges that hold them back from doing so.

As part of their 'It's Just A Phase' campaign they have released a brilliant video in order to raise awareness for their workshops and encourage young people to reach out to the organisation.
