Ireland's First Drive-Thru Starbucks Has Officially Opened

If you love Starbucks, a trip to Clare just might be on the cards.

Yesterday, the Shannon Free Zone, an outlet next to Shannon Airport in Clare, opened Ireland's first Starbucks drive-thru.

The outlet includes 160 businesses and hires over 8,000 staff members so it's the perfect location for a business as plenty of people will be searching for their soy caramel macchiato.

It's expected that cities such as Cork and Dublin will be next to introduce a drive-thru Starbucks.

Ireland now has a higher concentration Starbucks per head of population than anywhere else in Europe.
