Rugby is on everyone's mind at the moment with the Lions tour in full swing and the 1st test against Australia only a week away hype is building fast. So many Rugby pages are flooding newsfeeds on Facebook with various memes and articles about who they think should be starting against Australia.

With that, we decided to put together a little list of our favourite Rugby Facebook pages out there.

Rugby Banter Page is run by rugby enthusiasts from all over the world with the core founder based in Ireland. Their rapid growth is attributed to their quick, witty content, coupled with their extensive rugby knowledge and the heated debates that take place on their page. A like page of over 30,000 followers it's easily the biggest page on this list.

Leinstertainment 

The premiere Leinster fans' fan page on the internet. A healthy mix of humorous and informative content  brought to you by one of the most fanatic Leinster supporters the world has ever seen.

RugbyLAD

A Limerick based operation, with a knack for Photoshop and creative content. The only rugby page with a dedicated app now available via http://myapp.is/RugbyLAD 

Rugby Onslaught

New to the Facebook game but gathering steam very quickly, a strong following on twitter has been the platform for this blogs content until now. Creative content like #unlikelyrugbybooks are likely to be featured on Facebook after the implementation of the hashtag on FB.

Motion To Erect A Statue Of Brian O'Driscoll On Grafton St

Makes sense to have a Facebook fan page dedicated to the greatest sporting treasure Ireland has ever known. The motion was set up in the wake of O'Driscoll's heroic feats of dedication and sheer will to win in this year's Six Nations and has since gathered almost 10,000 followers. We suggest you sign up now if you want to see Drico immortalised in bronze on Grafton St.
