The fourth episode of the Great British Bake Off graced our screens last night. It is one of those shows that I seem to construct my week around, the days of the week lose all their traditional meaning and are instead divided into two groups 'non-Bake Off days' and 'The Bake Off day'. All of the non-Bake Off days are frankly a waste of time, an impediment between me and my delicious fix of marquee-baking goodness.
