The weather woman is now seeing a resurgence again as 50 Cent and Snoop Dogg have shared the video of her infamous forecast on their respective Instagram feeds in the wake of Hurricane Irma:

The original video was broadcast on RTE and edited by filmaker Gerard Walsh to show Mannion getting hit with a stop sign.
