If you haven't heard the news, the winners of Love Island Dani and Jack have decided to part ways.
Becoming one of the most loved couples in the UK after their appearance on the show, Dani Dyer announced on Instagram that after an amazing six months together the couple were better off as just friends.
While Ireland and the UK have gone into temporary mourning, it's difficult for Jack and Dani to move on considering their face is awkwardly plastered all over the Love Island Christmas Special:

Fans of the show are already mulling over how emotional the reunion is about to get considering Dani and Jack are very much loved up in the promo. Awkwardly, the promo was released the same day as their break up and aired during I'm A Celeb:

It's going to be harder than ever to watch this reunion and seeing what could have been. The couple is scheduled to host the National Television Awards at the end of January.
The Love Island Christmas special will air o ITV2 Monday 17 December at 9 pm.
