Example: I’ve just made my acting debut in a British comedy film called Between Two Worlds. What advice would you give to a budding actor?

 

Bojack: What kind of acting are you doing? If you’re going out for roles for middle-aged horses, we don’t need you.

 

E: You’re obviously known for your awesome sitcom work on Horsin’ Around. What would you say is the secret to great comic timing?

 

B: [Long pause] Practice.

 

E: There’s a lot of waiting around on film and TV sets. How do you like to fill that time?

 

B: Answering dumb interview questions.

 

E: What are your favourite Netflix shows?

 

B: I was really excited for Horse of Cards, but it turns out I misread the title.

 

E: You’re a longtime resident of Los Angeles. Is Hollywood as full of sharks as we think it is?

 

B: Honestly, there are more sharks in the French film industry. That’s why all their movies end with “Fin”.

 

E: Would you be up for collaborating with me? An ‘Example featuring BoJack Horseman’ single?

 

B: That’s an example of a terrible idea.

 

E: What sort of music do you listen to?

 

B: My favorite song is my ringtone when my agent calls to tell me they’re offering me more money.

 

E: Are you a fan of EDM (electronic dance music)?

 

B: I’m not a fan of any of those things.

 

E: You’re obviously an in-demand guy. What projects do you have coming up next?

 

B: My next project is going to the store to buy an Example album. No I’m just kidding, I have no interest in doing that.

 

E: Finally, what do you want people to think when they hear the name BoJack Horseman? How would you describe yourself to the great Irish public?

 

B: I would like the Irish public of today to think of me as a cool sexy guy they’d like to snog, or shag, or snooker, or whatever it is you people call doing it.
