The Gas Love Island Voiceover Artist Has Been Revealed

Unless you've been living under a rock, you'll know about ITV's Love Island, which has the nation addicted. Maybe it's the contestant's good looks? Maybe it's the fact they're in the sun? Or maybe it's because the voiceover guy is hilarious.

Well, we don't care what you think because we know it's because the voiceover artist is gas, but who is he? It's been revealed that the man behind the voice is Scottish stand-up comedian Iain Stirling.

Stirling is a 29-year-old writer and television presenter from Edinburgh, now living in London. He has been a huge hit in Love Island this year with his witty observations and classic one-liners like, "it's the second time we've had to remind ourself what good old fashioned scumbaggery looks like".

It seems like everyone is as smitten with Iain as we are:

Love Island isn't the only thing the Scottish funnyman is working on, as he has a new standup show called 'U OK HUN?x,' which we're already gagging to see.

We highly recommend following the comedian on Twitter (@IainDoesJokes), for information on his upcoming tour, laughs and of course, Love Island insider jokes.
