While the summer seems to have been taken over by Game of Thrones, a new tv show has been quietly getting rave reviews across the Atlantic and having just caught up on it, we at CollegeTimes.com are raving about it too!
The Sinner stars Jessica Biel as a young mother who seems to have a very normal suburban life until mid-way through the first episode, for some inexplicable reason she snaps and stabs a man to death in public. A man she had never met before and had seemingly no motive to murder. Mad enough, isn't it?
When she comes to her senses she accepts her fate but the detective on the case, played by Bill Pullman ('We will not go quietly into the night!...') is obsessed with getting to the bottom of what would drive her to do such a thing - even if she's afraid to examine her inner demons herself.

Both Biel and Pullman are fantastic in it so far and although we're only four episodes in it's definitely a show that will immediately have you hooked.
