What To Watch Now Love Island Is Over

If you're missing your Love Island nightly fix then hop on board these juicy reality shows until next summer comes around:

1. True Love Or True Lies

One of the biggest talking points of every Love Island is whether or not the couples are 'genuine' - "I'm genuine and loyal babes!". Well, one show that's taking that idea and running away with it like a mouse with a chunk of brie is True Love or True Lies, a new dating show where the public has to decide if a couple is truly in love or fake.

Unlike Love Island, the couples aren't just straight and with a cash prize at stake, we can't wait for the T to be spilled.  Better yet, Danny Dyer is set to be the voice over for the show which explains his absence on Love Island. True Love or True Lies starts on the 6 August on MTV at 9 pm.

2. Celebrity Big Brother

The trailer has dropped for this years CBB and it's all about celebrities who've experienced press scandals which is sure to make for mouth-watering viewing.

With the likes of Stormy Daniels, the porn actress, and Katie Price's ex Kieran set to live together for three weeks, it could be Love Island 2.0. CCB starts on the 16 August.

3. The Bachelorette

If you've been watching Love Island Australia and have fallen in love with its presenter Sophie Monk, you're in for a treat. The presenter isn't new to finding love on TV. She had her very own series of the Bachelorette and it's worth the binge-watch, especially if you were a fan of Laura and Rosie on Love Island. Side note: she takes no bs from any of the boys.

4. Love At First Kiss

Possibly one of the most bizarre forms of finding love, this reality show is all about pairing people up by their ability to kiss. If you fear death by cringe then you might want to give this one a miss.

5. Celebs Go Dating

Gemma Collins, Arg from TOWIE, Joey Essex and Charlotte Crosby have all appeared on E4's Celebs Go Dating. If you ever wondered what it's like to watch celebrities date members of the public then sit back and enjoy the T.

6. Friends

So it might not be a reality show but Friends is the fictional version of Love Island. With love stories that literally shook the world back in the '90s, I remember 'cause I was a child wondering why everyone was shocked, you'll be laughing, crying and screaming at your screen.

7. Love Island

If all else fails you can rewatch the last three series of Love Island on Netflix. If I was you I'd start with season three, it even features a well known Irish influencer and includes all this year's challenges.
