You may have already heard, but someone in Dublin has been covering up Rhianna's billboards with (we assume Penney's) dresses.
Maybe it's a subtle way to tell her to prepare for the cold? Maybe she was worried Rhianna wouldn't bring enough tops when she comes to Dublin & was just looking out for her well-being. Summer here doesn't mean the same thing as it does in Barbados.
