If you have ever wanted to plan a trip to Iceland, you better get on it because flying to the land of fire and ice is about to get a whole lot easier.
That's right, holiday goers are in for a treat next year with the news that Icelandair will launch the six-times weekly service between Dublin and Reykjavik in May.
The new service will have flights from Sunday to Friday departing from Keflavik Airport at 7.30am and arriving in Dublin Airport at 9.15am.
Departing from Dublin, return flights will be at 11.50am and arriving in Kelfavik at 1.15pm.
With it's stunning scenery and vast landscape, it's every Instagrammers dream come true.
“We are excited to provide a service to Dublin, also known as one of the friendliest cities in Europe,” said, Icelandair Chief Executive Birkir Holm Gudnason.
Prices and online bookings for the route may not yet be available but that won't stop the rest of us mentally planning what we're going to being in our suitcases.
