Bank Of Ireland Competition: Terms And Conditions

1. The Competition is open from 9am on 4 th October 2017 and will close at 12pm on 7th October 2017. All entries must be completed on the College Times Facebook page between 5th October 2017 and 12pm on 7th October 2017.
2. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries which are not fully completed. Entries which are incomplete (i.e. some information requested on the entry form is not provided), altered, illegible or not in accordance with these Rules may be disqualified.
3. College Times and Bank of Ireland accepts no responsibility if a potential entrant is unable to enter the competition due to any technical reasons whatsoever, for example, if the Facebook page is not available.
4. There will be 1 winner and they will receive a €100 cinema voucher from one of the selected cinema providers: Vue, IMC, Odeon, Moives@Dundrum, or Movies@Swords. The winners will be notified by phone by College Times within 10 business days after the competition closing date.
5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative shall be made available.
6. If only one entrant correctly identifies the film, that entrant wins the prize. If the film is correctly identified by more than one entrant, the prize will be awarded on the basis of their tie-breaker slogan judged to be the best amongst the entries that correctly identify the film.
7. The judging panel for the tie breaker will include at least one person who is independent of the promotion of the Competition. The names of those comprising the judging panel will be made available to Competition entrants on request.
8. The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all entrants. Correspondence will be entered into only at the absolute discretion of College Times and Bank of Ireland.
9. All entries will automatically become the property of the College Times. There can be only one winner from a single household.
10. Only one entry per person is allowed.
11. The entrants consent to College Times and Bank of Ireland using their personal details to run the Competition (this does not limit any other consent the entrant has given or may give Bank of Ireland in future).
12. All entrants agree to the use of their names and addresses and/or photographs for publicity purposes. Entrants also agree that their names and addresses may be disclosed by the College Times and Bank of Ireland to its agents for the purpose of administering the Competition and/or distributing the prize.
13. Employees of the College Times and Bank of Ireland Group, its associated companies, advertising and marketing consultants, agents and anyone connected with the Competition and their families are not eligible to enter the Competition and will not be eligible to receive a prize.
14. Bank of Ireland reserves the right to vary and/or substitute any/all element(s) of the prize with prize of similar or of greater value.

15. All entry conditions and instructions are deemed to form part of these Rules.
16. Bank of Ireland will fund the provision of the prizes but the contract will be between the winner and the supplier of the prizes. Bank of Ireland accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever in relation to any matter arising out of the Competition or the enjoyment of the prize.
17. Entrants must be aged 16 years or over.
