Spotify- the global streaming sensation of music- have revealed some interesting statistics to cap off the year.

Most Streamed Artists Globally

1. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis
2. Avicii
3. Daft Punk
4. Eminem
5. Imagine Dragons

Most Streamed Albums Globally

1.  The Heist- Macklemore and Ryan Lewis
2. 18 Months- Calvin Harris
3. Night Visions- Imagine Dragons
4. The Truth About Love- Pink
5. Unorthodox Jukebox- Bruno Mars

Most Streamed Tracks Globally

1. "Can't Hold Us"- Macklemore and Ryan Lewis

And so it seems hip-hop and dance fans are cheap but Macklemore and Ryan Lewis surely are not at this stage!
