The Best And Worst Stomach Liners

Before a night of heavy drinking, it is important to line your stomach properly to avoid having it pumped later in the evening. This article is not telling you that you should drink like a fish, it’s just encouraging you to take proper precautions if you find yourself, let's say... out tonight.

3 of the worst stomach liners

1)   Sushi

Anyone who has ever thrown us sushi will know it is one of the most vial things going. You literally feel like there is a pillar of sticky rice stuck all the way up your oesophagus. Also, throwing up raw fish into a toilet bowl gives odd emotional tugs at your heart strings to memories of flushing your pet goldfish as a child.

2)   Steak

Red meat takes 64% longer to break down in your stomach (completely made up statistic). This means that you will feel heavier for longer and not be able to squeeze into your dancing shoes! This also means that the majority of your stomach’s volume will be filled with food, making you break the seal earlier from feeling full!

3)   Salad

Don’t opt for the skinny girl option before a night of drinking, the only thing worse than being too full when you go out, is having nothing in your stomach to absorbed the liquor at all. Eat a roll and go for a jog instead!

Opt for a pizza with extra cheese and a light meat like bacon bits. This gives you a taste of something from each food group making sure your stomach can take it’s pick for what will absorb the liquor best!

2)   Chipper

A chipper offers your stomach enough carbs to take the hit of the hard spirits but also gives your easy to break down foods like potatoes that leave your system quickly enough to make room for drinks.

3)   Chinese

It’s no wonder the Chinese can drink minging spirits like rice wine! They have perhaps the best booze absorbency foods going. Try honey chicken on fried rice or a chili sea bass with chow mien noodles and you’ll be laughing for the rest of the night as the fish breaks down quickly and the noodles work to line your stomach quickly.

Have a GREAT night guys, just don't forget to EAT!
