Tinder Plus: Introducing The "Please Come Back" Feature

Tinderererers, REJOICE! On Tuesday, Tinder announced the introduction of an important new feature for the matchmaking app. Soon, users will have the option of a second chance after they swipe left or right... but it comes at a premium.

Tinder Plus will allow those with thumbs faster than their libidos to undo the error of a hasty swipe left. Whether you upgrade or not, all users will soon notice a new yellow UNDO button appear on the app's home screen. This means that, even if you don't want to pay the extra cost, every time you screw up you'll be tempted to opt in and shell out a few bob for the sake of another shot.

Another idea might be to just slow down and, by the beard of baby Jesus, THINK BEFORE YOU SWIPE. But for those swipe-happy turbo-creeps whose thumbs are one step ahead of their hearts, this new function might be worth the investment.

The upgrade will also entitle you to a new feature called Passport, which extends the hunt beyond your own borders. With Passport, you can go people-shopping in towns and cities other than your own, so that frequent travellers, forward-thinkers and the generally eager among us can scope out the situation ahead of a trip abroad, or set up a few dates for the weekend ahead before they arrive home from holidays.

The new upgrade will be tested in a few countries (like the UK, Brazil & Germany) before being rolled out to the rest of the planet's lonely hearts. Developers have yet to settle on a price but then again, can you put a price on true love?

PS: I predict true love will cost around $4.99 per month.
