Twitter Is Obsessed With Kerry After Last Night's 'Living With Lucy'

Living With Lucy has taken us behind the scenes of the most infamous and public figures of recent times and this week was no different as Lucy Kennedy teamed up with Kerry's Michael Healy-Rae, a politician whose family have built a political dynasty over the last twenty years.

The Healy-Rae's are known for making outrageous statements in the past that include claiming fairies exist, saying "nobody caused a fatality... by having three glasses of Guinness drank" and Healy Rae came under fire for publicly declaring he was voting no in the marriage equality referendum but it looks like Healy-Rae came across as a likeable character who really enjoyed living with Ms. Kennedy:

The laughs kept rolling throughout the hour-long special but Healy Rae's bashfulness when Lucy mentions the word "lust" and his honesty about being the worst father going tore down those giant stoic walls. Here's one moment when Healy Rae answers Lucy's thoughts about whether or not she should become a politician and it's pretty darn funny:

The word scutter was used enough times that is should know be considered a perfectly fine word to use pre-watershed. Fans of the show warmed to the Kerry man - who is actually more Corkonian - and Twitter was on fire with comments about how likable Healy Rae comes across as:

The real star of the show though was the kingdom itself, Kerry and a little town known as Sneem. The weather was 'absolutely beautiful' throughout the show and most definitely filmed at the height of the Irish summer, so at least we have that five minutes of sunshine on film. Fáilte Ireland couldn't pay for this type of advertising:

We feel like this might not be the end of Lucy and Healy Rae's antics together.
