The 'Dogs Must Be In A Bag' New York Subway Rule Is The Gift That Keeps Giving

In October 2016, a New York Subway ban was put in place that meant only dogs that could fit in a bag would be allowed on the Subway. This was clearly to prevent huge dogs from riding the train, so what did New Yorkers do? They got creative.

Since the ban, cheeky citizens have been by stepping the ban by placing dogs of all sizes into the biggest bags possible. Some of these are seriously hilarious with every type of dog imaginable sneaking its way onto the train. Here are just a few of our favourites:

We've got to give it to New Yorkers they seriously don't take no for an answer. Do you think we could get away with this on the Luas? Sure, there's only one way to find out I guess.
