Swedish House Mafia Pause Solo Work Ahead Of Comeback Announcement

It's official, Swedish House Mafia are coming back in 2019. The DJs held a live-streamed press conference on Monday to say they would be performing at the Tele2 Arena on 4 May 2019.

The group, compromising of Axwell, Steven Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso, announced their reunion this morning through a live-streamed press conference.

Alongside announcing new gigs, the band promise to stick to their routes when it comes to their sound: "It will not be a new rougher type music like what is popular right now, it will stay Swedish House Mafia style"

The three DJS have announced more dates are coming in 2019 but did not confirm when the gigs would be announced. Axwell & Co will be put on hold in order to focus on the project.

The 2008 groups biggest songs include 'Save the World' and 'Don't You Worry Child'. Tickets for the Stockholm gig go on sale on Saturday 27 October.
