13 Hacks Every Lazy College Girl Should Try For Glowing Skin

We all want to achieve that picture perfect, glowing, radiant skin. But is that even possible when we spend most of our time drunk/stuffing our faces with pizza? Don't worry girl, because the hacks we've brought you are completely natural, easily available and will leave you with dewy skin like never before, and all without making a gigantic hole in your pocket.

1. Sandalwood And Turmeric

Sandalwood has been used in curing skin problems like spots, rashes, blemishes and acne forever. Turmeric makes your face glow and it brightens up your skin. Mix 1 tbsp of sandalwood and 1 tbsp of turmeric with water or rosewater. Apply it and don't wash it off until it's all dry. Done.

2. Avocado + Olive Oil + Yogurt

Avocado and yogurt prevent ageing (who wants wrinkles yet? Or ever obvs) and they also improve the texture of your skin. Olive oil makes your skin smooth and soft. Mash some avocado and mix it with a bit olive oil and yogurt. Wash it off after half an hour and you'll look like Gigi Hadid.

3. Banana And Egg White

Who doesn't have a banana and an egg sitting in their gaf? This face pack will give a glossy feel to your skin. Mash a bitta banana thoroughly so that the paste is smooth and lump-free. Mix an egg white in it, maintaining the consistency of the paste. Apply the paste all over your face and neck and massage for 5 minutes. Let it dry after the massage. Wash off with the lukewarm water and pat dry your skin.

4. Strawberry And Chocolate Pack

Sounds good enough to eat but please try and refrain from doing so. All you need to do is mix mashed strawberries with a bit of cocoa powder and apply it evenly all over your face. Leave it for 30 minutes and wash with lukewarm water to get a glowing skin to die for. At least you'll feel better knowing you attempted to take care of your body when your seven pints in on Friday night.

5. Honey And Lemon

Mix 1 tbsp of honey with 1 tbsp of lemon and apply it all over your face. Don't let the mixture stay on your face for more than 15 minutes as it may burn your skin and you're meant to be looking better, not like a sunburnt fool. Honey is antibacterial and nourishes your skin, whereas lemon helps lighten the skin tone, removing acne scars and clearing the dodgy tan remnants as well. Score.

6. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has been proven to not only replenish your lost skin tone, but it also helps you get rid of that pesky sunburn from over-tanning on your J1. Carefully cut an aloe vera leaf and apply the gel on your face. You may also combine it with rosewater or honey. Leave it to dry and then rinse. You'll be only gorgeous.

7. Honey And Strawberry

Cucumber reduces the appearance of freckles on your skin and controls ageing. Take 1 tablespoon of cucumber juice, 1/3 tablespoon of lemon juice and a pinch or two of turmeric powder. Mix them well. Apply the mix on your skin for a shiny look. Rinse after leaving it for 15 minutes. Follow with a good moisturizer.
