6 Text Messages You Dont Want to Read

The world of technology we live in is truly brilliant. However, there comes a time when you look down at your android or iPhone and wanna go back to a time where people only spoke in person or wrote letters to each other. That is because the process of texting is something which sometimes causes confusion, heartache, and bitterness.. And that can come from just a simple

'K'

Here are some of our favourite classic, cryptic and sometimes downright terrifying texts a person can receive.

1)'OK'

When you're in a relationship, its normal to text your other half a lot (as in 24/7), so it's also pretty normal to have arguments through texts. When a girl replies with just 'OK' you better run for your life, because she's knows something you've done or said and she is NOT happy.

2)'Whatever...'

Following on from the 'Okay' there's the ever confusing but effective, 'Whatever...' If you and your girlfriend are fighting and she sends that one word, well then I'm sorry, but its GAME OVER.

3) A Mother's Text

No matter the text, you're gonna want to answer your mother. Especially if you look at your phone which you somehow haven't looked at for a half an hour and see '17 Missed Calls.' The appearance of the classic 'Hi, you missed a call from me bla bla bla' text is enough to make anyone buy a massive bunch of flowers and come up with elaborate excuses for not checking their phone, or else go to the pub and try forget it all..

4)The Fallback Of A Drunken Text

You're on a great night out with the guys/gals and you're all having drinks. 15 shots later you all agree it's the best idea in the world to text your ex. When you receive a reply the next morning asking was your drunken attempt at telling them you miss them, a genuine text, how do you tell them that the text was actually a result of the dribbling stage of intoxication!

5) '...'

Have you ever sent a risky text where you may be revealing your true feelings for someone or just trying to sound aloof and you put three silly dots at the end of your sentence? Well, you may think you're being really mysterious, but reading that text only leaves a bucket full of questions on a persons mind. Stop trying to be dramatic and interesting, you're just confusing us about your grasp on grammar.

6) Chain messages...

Aaaaaand finally, who remembers these bad boys? Did anyone end up having a year of bad luck after not sending on that text to 10 people? Or was that creepy girl at the end of your bed ready to kill you during the night? You better share this post, I'll be after you during the night. #justsayin #dotdotdot
