1) Most of life's problems stem from being late.

You've spent a worrying amount of money on taxis because you're running sooo behind, public transport just isn't an option. And who knows, maybe you would have gotten that job if you hadn't of arrived like 15 minutes late to the interview begging for a glass of water and looking like you could go into cardiac arrest at any moment.

2) You never actually intend on being late but sometimes the universe has other ideas.

4) When you try and plan your time with precision, something always goes wrong.
